I had my first experience dining at Amah Restaurant, located inside AFPOVAI, Taguig, and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. Today ( November 25, 2025) is their official re-opening, so I suggest Mommshies to bring your friends and family. <\/p>\n

Amah re-emerges as a beacon for food lovers seeking fusion and warmth. The moment you step inside, the sleek, yet inviting ambience sets the stage for a meal that\u2019s as visually stunning as it is delicious. <\/p>\n

Amah\u2019s menu is a love letter to bold, modern Asian fusion cuisine. Take, for example, Kansi from the Negros region\u2014a dish I was used to enjoying as a hot bowl of soup filled with tender meat. Amah, however, elevates it to a new level by presenting soft, tender beef with tendon alongside crunchy vegetables, served in a small amount of flavorful broth. Kansi brought me back to my High School years in Bacolod City, where I had my first taste of delicious Ilonggo Cuisine.<\/p>\n

The dish is crowned with a drizzle of warm, caramelized latik\u2014offering a delightful contrast of creamy sweetness and toasted coconut crunch. <\/p>\n
